Registering new tenants with the Council Tax dept and dealing with general correspondence.
Informing utility companies at the start and end of tenancy
Carrying out periodic inspections of the property to ensure the property is being cared for.
Responsibility for and management of empty property is not normally included and will only be carried out by special arrangement.
Co-ordination of repair or maintenance including arranging for tradesmen to attend the property and obtaining estimates where necessary, supervising works and settling accounts from rents received.
Making payments on behalf of the Landlord from rents received for water rates, insurance premiums etc. as instructed.
Serve Statutory Notices at the end of the tenancy.
