We have experienced staff at hand to help you at every step of the way. Moving does not have to be stressful, let us do the work.

Step 1: Registration
Once you have registered your details and requirements our team will then source suitable properties for you to view. To register your details go to Applicant Registration.

Step 2: Viewing
At the viewing you will meet one of our experienced and friendly members of staff (unless the landlords themselves are available) at the property where we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Step 3: Reservation
As soon as you have found a suitable property through us and you are ready to proceed with the tenancy application, we will require a holding deposit of the equivalent of one month’s rent, which will pay the first month’s rent at the start of the tenancy (see our Terms & Conditions).

Step 4: Move In!
Once we have qualified your references and you have been successful with your application, arrangements will be made for the legal documents to be signed. On the day you start the tenancy, the keys will be released from our office. At this point we will need to have cleared funds for the security deposit.
